You enter the boat through a swing door on either side of the centrally located wheelhouse/salon, where the headroom is 1.80m. Towards the stern, there is a salon/diner area, with a large built-in corner sofa (storage underneath) that can accommodate 6 people, complemented by two chairs, allowing seating for eight on the dining table which has two built-in, slide out extensions. Forward of the salon is the steering position, offering a 360° view, thanks to the numerous windows, providing plenty of light and greatly facilitating navigation. Note. The full area under the wheelhouse/salon, entered by a large floor hatch, has 0.9m headroom. It contains the fuel and water tanks, domestic service batteries, battery charger, invertor, combi-boiler and water systems pressure tanks and filters. Additionally, it has an exceptionally large volume of easily accessible storage space for additional food/drink, out of season household items, luggage etc, etc. Our vendor tells us this space is the envy of every other boat owner you will meet along the canals! Continuing forward, you descend into the main living area of the boat, which features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and salon. The salon includes an office desk area, a feature Refleks ship’s stove and comfortable seating for five. This area also includes a water closet (toilet, sink, vanity) and a concealed utility area (full size separate Samsung washer and Miele tumble dryer). In winter and summer, this boat has everything you would find in a modern apartment: a satellite-connected Samsung Smart TV with Humax satellite receiver/PVR; Panasonic microwave and Panasonic convection oven with incorporated flat-bed microwave and grill; a Samsung 220V 70/30 split full-size fridge-freezer; top of the range four burner-hi/lo jet propane cooker; a double sink with on-demand propane combi-boiler suppling hot water; central heating with four radiators, and two heated towel radiators also powered by the combi-boiler. Using a separate circulation pump the Reflek ship’s stove is connected to the 6 radiators providing an alternate low-tech heating source for the entire ship. The ceiling mounted 12 volt “Maxxfan” high volume circulation fan, 260mm equivalent fibreglass insulation and custom fitted exterior awning, cools the boat naturally and efficiently. This saloon has excellent views and is bright and airy whilst providing good privacy through the use of factory tinted windows. It is easily convert into a comfortable guest cabin thanks to its high-quality double sofa bed (190X140), dedicated water closet and salon entrance doors. In the kitchen area, there is a headroom of 1.92m, 1.87m in the water closet compartment, 2m under the deck hatch, and 1.80m for the remainder of the salon space. Aft of the wheelhouse you descend into the comfortable owner's cabin featuring a 190X140 double bed, built-in 6 draw chest of drawers and 2 metre long hanging clothes closet. There is also another 4 drawer vanity in the cabin. Of note the corners at the foot of the bed have been bevelled to make moving around the cabin easier. The full area under the bed is accessible for storage. The windows can be tilted open from the top or fully opened horizontally to maximize airflow and permit egress should it be required. This cabin is equipped with a beautiful shower, an electric macerator toilet, and a sink. The headroom in this cabin is 1.88m, and it is 1.80m in the shower. Finally at the rear of the accommodation area, entered via the aft deck, is the workshop and engine room. It is very rare to find a self-contained workshop on a ship this size! The workshop space ensures the kitchen and wheelhouse remain clean, tool/project free zones whilst providing a comfortable space to work and great storage space for the barges accessories and supplies. Our owners will leave all the ship’s equipment on board, including the kitchen, table and bedding items.
