Almost new - skip long delivery time - save about 400,000 euros compared to today's new price and get the best equipped Xc 45 ever built. Professionally maintained – in outstanding condition Pure Cruising. The Xc 45 was the first model in the Xcruising range to be launched, and was named European Yacht of the Year 2009, praised for her combination of cruising comfort, performance under sail and responsive handling. As with all the Xc models which followed, the Xc 45 incorporates the X-Yachts steel hull/keel girder for strength and resistance to grounding, with deck and sail layouts designed for ease of handling when sailing two-up.
As the first model in the Xcruising range, the Xc 45 also introduced the Xc modern classic style. The "Next Generation" of the Xc 45 features larger bathing platforms, enlarged hull portlights, improved storage and functionality in the interior, and updated styling options.
In Yachting World (Dec 2019) the Xc 45 is listed among the 43 best blue water sailing yacht designs of all time.
 
This Xc 45, launched in July 2017,  is probably the best equipped ever with her beautiful dark hull, carbon mast and furling boom, 3Di sails from North, hydraulic vang and backstay from Reckmann, bow and stern thruster from Maxpower, generator and watermaker and lots of other equipment that making living onboard – under sail, in harbor or anchoring – comfortable, safe and luxury. This boat is ready for cruising the world in style and comfort, - and she has all equipment needed for circumnavigation.
 
The boat is currently in a French lease with 9 years left. The purchase price consists of a 1st installment of 300.000 EUR including VAT and the outstanding debt on the Lease 370.000 EUR without VAT. The lease payments is monthly and Lessee has a purchase option by the end. The Bank has to approve a new lessee.
It is also possible to take the boat out of the Lease by paying the outstanding debt including VAT
