Vessel Walk Through

Upon entering the yacht from the transom you will find a wide curved 4 step stair from the swim platform the the covered aft deck.  There are covered wide walkways on both the port and starboard sides allowing easy access to the foredeck and ample room for moving around while docking.  On the foredeck you will find a huge double lounge, with a cover.  From the aft deck there is a ladder that leads you to the enormous fly bridge.  The fly bridge is expansive with two large settee's with storage below.  On the aft deck of the FB you find a teak table followed by a crane for your toys. 

When entering the vessel from the aft deck you come into a comfortable salon that feels open and airy.  As you enter to port there is a dinette for those times when dining inside is preferred.  Forward of the dinette you will find a long settee.  To starboard, you have a full counter that houses a flat screen LG tv, uline ice maker and tons of storage.  Two comfy chairs and a coffee table fill out the room nicely.

As you move forward to the pilot house you will pass a column with storage for glasses and bottles.  Two steps up you enter the open pilothouse with a door to port and a custom refitted galley.  On the starboard side of the pilothouse aft of the helm, you will find your AC and DC panels with a nice counter top behind it for chart planning.  An added benefit is the huge newer wine cooler.

Access to the full beam, aft master, with a king berth is located in aft port section of the salon.  To starboard you will find a nice settee and storage while to port you have a large bureau to handle two.  Across from the foot of the bed to port comes the large en-suite head and separate shower.  A full hanging locker is located right at the landing from the stairs.

The VIP stateroom is accessed from the pilot house.  When entering you will find the original galley which could easily be converted back to a full working galley.  Today it set up as a pantry and laundry room.  Forward of the galley is the VIP stateroom with an Island Queen and en-suite head and separate shower.

The midships cabins have a queen to port, bunks to starboard and a shared head and separate shower.

The entire boat is finished in a very nice teak.  All windows have blinds for privacy.  The space separation is great with very wide stairways for safety while moving around the boat while underway or at rest.  The boat has a minimum of 6'4" headroom throughout, most areas are 6'5" plus.

Whether a liveaboard, cruiser, AirBNB business opportunity - this is a must see to appreciate boat!  

 

Galley

This boat has had a custom galley added in the pilot house.  This allows for the cook to be be part of the activity while underway or entertaining.  This galley was updated in 2018 and includes:

3. GE Profile Model Convection Microwave Oven
4. GE Four burner electric stovetop
5. Deep Stainless Sink
6. Edge Star wine cooler

The original, lower galley is now used as a pantry and laundry room.  A full size Maytag washer and dryer have replaced the original refrigeration.  Ample storage for dry goods and flatware.  This area could easily be converted back to a fully operational galley if needed.  Could make for a very nice private crew apartment or teen living quarter.

Engine Room - Mechanical

Engine room is access through closet in guest stateroom or hatches in the main salon sole.  Engines and genset had complete over haul at 900 hours (Summer 2017) to the tune of $60,000 (Full invoices available for qualified prospects).

1. Twin Man V-10 830 HP Diesels -  Currently 1150 hours.
2. 20 KW Kohler Generator with sound shield.  1000 hours
3. Fuel Capacity -   800 usable gallons in 2 X 400 gallon saddle tanks.  There are two other tanks 1 X 200 gallon center tank forward of the engine room and 1X 150 gallon tank under the master berth which have not been used by current owner.  All tanks are made out of stainless steel.
4. Water Capacity - 450 gallons in 2 X 225 gallon stainless tanks located forward of the engine room.
5. Racor filters on both the mains and generator.
6. Dripless Shaft Logs
7. Hydraulic Trim Tabs with indicators
8. Complete Engine Instrumentation at both helms
9. Engine cooling water discharge alarms
