VESSEL IS LOCATED IN: Orange Beach, AL
Forward stateroom sleeps three via v-berth for two and an additional upper bunk portside. This model is a bit different from the 36 Topaz in that the forward stateroom is separated by a privacy door where the 36 is open. Portside aft of the stateroom door is a head with separate shower with seat so showers underway are possible. Aft of the head is the galley with stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. On the starboard side, behind the stateroom door, is a spacious hanging locker. Aft of the hanging locker is a dinette that converts to a double bed. Starboard bulkhead between the cabin and upper deck is a circuit board with full controls to all electrical devices. The layout of this boat is an express style with bi-level cockpit and hard-top with tuna tower. The upper level of the cockpit is one step up and forward with a helm station and pedestal seat on the starboard side and passenger bench seat to port. Aft to the lower cockpit level is a fishing area with live well and large full fighting chair.
Upon entering the cabin is the Galley, positioned immediately to port with an L-Shaped countertop and deep stainless steel corner sink, two burner electric stove, full size microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer and plenty of storage for provisions.
At the large lower helm station is a large adjustable helm seat and to port is a large chart area just in front of the double wide companion seat that has storage and tackle drawers under. Behind the companion seat is a rear facing cockpit observation seat with storage under. Down two steps to a large uncluttered cockpit are three access hatches to generator (not included) storage and live well.
For a 1987 model this vessel is in good condition but with a little TLC she will show quite well. The exterior was just cleaned, waxed and buffed to a high gloss. Cushions and eisenglass need attention, the Airco needs a new control but functions well and one outrigger needs new cables. Does not include a generator but the controls are intact. A portable generator will fit nicely and provide the power required. Owner just bought a 60 DeFever so wants this one sold as soon as possible - all offers will be considered!
