Grampian 34 Sailing Yacht - New to the market. Built in 1979, This Grampian 34 "Daisy of Pinmill" is a solid, well maintained, cruiser, perfectly capable of long distance liveaboard or equally suited to coastal sailing. (Long) Fin keel. GRP construction, Wheel steering.
Sloop rigged with battened mainsail, lazy jacks and stak pak, furling genoa, removeable inner forestay (for storm jib), cruising chute and all control lines led aft to the cockpit to self tailing winches, nicely set up for short handed sailing. Wheel steering complete with "Wind Pilot" wind vane, auto pilot and much more.
Below decks, the teak interior is spacious, very light and provides generous headroom. She features an L shaped galley, large saloon with U shaped settee to port which converts to a very large double bed. Settee berth and additional pilot berth part located under the chart table. Plenty of locker space and huge deck lockers too.
New Yanmar engine 2015, solar panels, recent refridgerator,, radar, GPS, VHF with DSC, heating, hot and cold water, 2 burner oven and plenty more.

5 berths in two cabins. Interior finished in teak joinery. The interior has plenty of storage lockers, coachroof windows and large deck hatch to ensure the interior is light and airy with good headroom throughout.
Layout from forward. V-berth with infill to convert from two singles to double berth. Hanging locker. Going aft to port, Heads with sink, w.c. shower tap with hot and cold water. Large hanging locker opposite to starboard. Saloon. Large U shape settee to port with single table on adjustable leg which lowers to convert the settee into a large double berth (approx. 7ft x 5ft) single settee berth to starboard. Aft of this settee berth is a half height bulkhead and single berth to starboard with chart table part over. Large L-shaped galley to port with twin sinks, two burner hob with oven. Large icotherm refridgerator (recent addition). hanginging locker to port. Large Navigation table to starboard. Engine located in housing towards middle of the yacht within galley area. Excellent access.
Sloop rigged. Mast and spars approx. 15 years old. Battened mainsail with stakpak and lazyjacks. Furlex furling system replaced 2017 with new forestay. Spinnaker pole and cruising chute. Removeable inner forestay and storm jib. Trysail included. Age of sails unknown
The owner advised the standing rigging replaced in September 2009.
