Pretty Woman is an excellent example of a true Gentleman's racer/cruiser. The C&C 43s were a limited production racer/cruiser from C&C’s custom shop. These iconic yachts were designed to be sleek, sturdy and fast. The 43 is still winning regattas, cruising the globe and shining a spotlight on C&C’s heritage.

Pretty Woman's cabin has been reconfigured to be a better cruising boat.  The bow area which originally was just a sail locker, has been reconfigured to include a V-Berth. One water tank on the port side has been removed so that the Setee could have a table that can be dropped to encompass a larger berth. Many of the bulkheads were also faired back to make more room while walking around the cabin, but also to eliminate the hard 90 degree angles which makes the boat show like a much more expensive yacht.

The engine is the original Perkins 40HP. However it has been rebuilt twice, once within the past 5 years. A new tach and hour meter were installed with the latest rebuild and has only 50 hrs since.

The C&C 43 reportedly has an under body and sailing characteristics superior to the Swan 43 (one of the premier racer-cruisers of the time). Pretty Woman is a serious, ocean-crossing yacht that will certainly put a smile on your face while also enabling you to race competitively among some of today's offshore sleds.
