VARUNA was built to the highest standards by the famous Derecktor yard in New York at the height of their build career. She has had only two owners over her long and successful sailing life, both taking great care in her general maintenance and component updates.
It is now time for the third owner to take her forward.

The layout is the classic CCA inspired setup of the era. There are seven berths. A vee-berth with double filler is forward. The head is next aft to port with storage lockers opposite. Upper and lower berths are port and starboard in the salon, with a centerline, gimbaled table between.
The Nav Station is next aft to port with a quarter berth aft. The galley is opposite the Nav Station. The cabin spaces are elegantly finished in varnished teak and mahagony and white paint. The cabin sole is varnished solid teak.
