This very well maintained and good looking Sunhorse of 25 feet was built in Poland in 2006. Although she is compact she does look like a real deck saloon. This vessel was warf built and compared to the standard models has luxe mahogany paneling and a fixed keel. The ship is therefore extremely stable and as you step inside the cabin you will not believe how much space this compact ship is offering you. The cockpit is spacious and can comfortably accommodate four adults, the door to the cabin is also the cockpit table. She has wide gangways and has a very stable and secure feel. The many large windows makes the cabin light and airy. The long benches and large folding table can accommodate four people. In the front you will find a spacious double bed of over 2 meters. The back offers a large one-person dogcage and one of the long benches can be easily converted into a spacious singlebed. The kitchen is small but complete with 2 burner alcohol cooking comfort. Built under the bed in front there is a large 18-liter coolbox. In one of the hatches built a second cooler. She even has a separate lockable toilet with washing facilities. The headroom in the saloon is 1.87 meters which is unprecedented for such a compact ship. It is driven by a 15HP, 2 cylinder Yanmar Diesel engine with only 600 hours. Standing rigging and the sails are in good condition.
Willem, this Sunhorse 25 with construction number 024 built in 2006, designed by Andrzej Skrzat as a round bilge with fixed fin keel and measures 7.50 x 2.55 x 1.10. She is build in polyester. The displacement is 1,900 kg with 610 kg of ballast. The boat has tiller steering with autopilot, the ship has two anchors but no windlass. There is a stainless steel bathing ladder, a single wire stainless steel railing. All windows are made of perspex. The cabin is very light and the applied woodwork is made of mahogany. There are a total of 4 beds, 2 front (2.10 m), 1 in the dog cage (2.00 m), one of the long bench (2.00 m).
Yanmar 2YN15 with its 15 HP and construction number E01389 with about 600 running hours is the reliable heart of this ship. She consumes about 1 liter of diesel per hour and drives through the fixed shaft a 2 blade fixed propeller. The plastic fuel tank with fuel meter has a capacity of 40 liters. Ship is equipped with a signal for oil pressure and temperature.
With 11.80 m vertical clearance she is 7/8 rigged, aluminum mast with single spreaders and boom, mainsail, Main Drop System for mainsail (2006), furling genoa with UV strip (2006), Genoa Furlingsystem, Mast lowering system. 2 single speed Enkes sheetwinches and one Enkes fall winch, stainless steel rigging.
