Description

Purchased new 2006 Dufour 455, having just benefitted from major refit in summer 2017 with complete topsides re-fairing, buffing and polishing, leaving an immaculate and ‘as-new’ finish. Antifouled 2017 and currently ashore. New winch and wheel covers, fender and fender socks.

Privately owned since new and managed year on year by the owner - winterised each year, never chartered and immaculately cared for. Owner is moving on to larger yacht.

Very well balanced yacht when she sails and perfect for short-handed sailing, very comfortable for island cruising, easy to berth/moor, very light on the wheel, all lines easy to manage from the cockpit, electric winch for main and lazy jacks/stays for dropping main neatly to sail bag.

Extremely well-equipped with air conditioning (new 2015), TV DVD in Owner´s Cabin and Saloon, Bose sound system throughout.

The boat is currently based in south west Mallorca (out of the water for inspection) She will need to be moved from the current marina on sale as there are no available berths at the current marina.
