The 41 Mikelson found its roots in the 1965 Monk/McQueen Trawler. The 41 is a traditional looking trawler that will catch the eye of sailors and power boaters alike. This is a comfortable cruiser that offers all the amenities of larger boats in an easy to handle, very responsive, single engine trawler.
She provides two comfortable staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom is aft with queen berth, large hanging locker; abundance of drawer and storage space; spacious head with “Quiet-Flush” marine head, vanity, mirror and sink with separate walk-in stall shower. The guest stateroom is forward and has (3) single berths; hanging locker; separate wet head with “Quiet-Flush” marine head.
The galley and salon are on the same level with large lightly tinted windows on three sides providing more than ample natural light. There is a large L-settee with Hi-Lo table that converts to extra berth. The cockpit has easy access to swimstep through transom door. Aft of the helm station there is a very spacious deck area over the aft trunk cabin which provides ample entertaining space for those afternoons on the hook for cocktails or a little alfresco dining.
Recent haul-out for bottom paint, complete wax job top to bottom, bright work addressed and upgrade on bow-thruster from 4 blades to 5 blade lower unit (4/16).
