The layout of the 362/363 has two or three cabins, one head and shower, a spacious saloon and galley and separate chain locker forward.
The interior is a varnished cherry finish. All bulkheads are bonded and glassed to the hull, giving superb strength and rigidity. The cabin sole is of durable, low maintenance teak and holly composite floor panels.
Seat covers are off-white breathable upholstery and the berth mattresses are covered in washable fabric.
Styling, comfort and durability were priorities.

The hull is hand laid-up GRP construction using multi-layers of glass roving and polyester resin. The hull carries a comprehensive limited warranty against osmosis blistering.
The interior of the hull has an Integral Grid Unit (IGU) giving longitudinal and latitudinal support to the hull and keel.

Deck and hull are finished in white gel-coat, with the trademark Moorings striping and graphics.
The deck has a molded-in non-skid diamond pattern, providing excellent traction even in the most severe conditions.
The hull-to-deck joint is chemically bonded with an elastomer sealant and further secured with an anodized aluminum caprail, and attached every 6"/7.6cm.

Cast aluminum mast collar has support for six foot blocks for halyards, reef lines outhaul and mainsheet.
Mast exits are fitted for topping lift and pole lift.
The boom is equipped with two reefing lines and reefing hooks, the outhaul is led back to the cockpit.
