Vessel Overview & Walkthrough
This Shamrock Mackinaw follows Shamrock's renown rock-solid reputation as a builder of clean, functional, stout craft, and she is well designed for proper balance and handling. She is equally at home both underway and dockside. In addition, she offers ample access to her systems and has ample storage throughout.
Starting below in the bow, there is a large v-berth with filler cushion forward. There is storage below the berth. Moving aft from the forward berth brings you to the enclosed private head to starboard. Up two steps brings you back up to the main cabin which offers 6'4" headroom throughout. Galley is to port opposite the helm. L-shaped settee with table is located along the aft wall of the cabin. Access to her Yanmar diesel engine is via the large opening underneath the settee.
Stepping out the main cabin door brings you to the comfortable cockpit which offers generous freeboard, aft facing seating with additional access to the rear of the diesel engine below, rocket launcher, under gunnel rod holders, bait station, and fiberglass swim platform with retracting swim ladder which has all the amenities needed for a fun day on the water. In addition there is ample storage, a washdown, a livewell, & a fishbox.
This vessel has been lift-kept by her second owner since 2005, and has been hauled every winter. Low hours on her engine ensure that you can enjoy lots of time underway! Please let me know if you have any specific questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
