A one owner Catalina 36, "Echo" has always been kept locally on the Severn River in Annapolis. Every winter she has been hauled, shrink-wrapped & put on land. Fresh bottom paint & hull wax every year, including 2014.
The mast was removed and inspected in 2014. Mast stepped in 2014.
As is somewhat common with the Catalina 36, a freshwater (rain) Chainplate leak caused some water damage to the main bulkhead and some cabinetry & shelving. The leak was corrected. The owner decided to have the teak bulkhead, both side wall (ceiling) paneling and a couple of cabinets & shelves replaced in the Spring of 2014 at considerable expense.
"Echo" is a solid platform, with limited local Chesapeake Bay use, just waiting for you to make her home.
