SYNERGY is a very well kept classic RACER/CRUISER from Beneteau. The First 40.7's have a very successful racing track record but many owners love them for performance cruising. With a CE Navigation "A" rating she'll take you safely anywhere and you will get there fast. Three private staterooms and a large main salon/galley area accommodate a group cruise. Bright and airy, the interior has a nice balance of white and varnish wood surfaces - all clean and in excellent condition
The Beneteau First 40.7 was a Cruising World Magazine boat of the year winner so please click on the Full Specs for complete details on this highly recommended racer/cruiser. She is stored inside for the winter but spring is coming and you can have her sailing again soon. Call today for an appointment.

Vessel Walk-Through
The Beneteau 40.7 offers a three stateroom layout with a large vee berth forward, head to stbd with private access from the fwd cabin and also from the main salon. In the salon there are straight settees to port and stbd a two-leaf table in the center that sits 6-7 for dinner. The forward facing navigation station is to stbd with a 1'9" x 2'6" table. A curved nav seat has storage under. To port, an "L" shaped galley has close access to the companionway but is open to the main salon without being in the way. Aft to port and aft to stbd are nearly symmetrical double berth cabins.
Overhead hatches, opening ports, fixed deck and hull windows make the area below bright and airy and inviting. The wood is varnished and the sole is a teak/thiocol look laminate surface for long wearing. Cushions are white in the main salon and white/blue stripes in the staterooms. Hidden portlight and window curtains come from main salon grab rails.
The cushions are in excellent condition and the bilges are clean. There is no odor below.
