The interior appointments are in very nice condition throughout the vessels interior. The medium colored ultra leather seating is clean and shows little wear. The countertops are solid surface. Interior bulkheads are molded FRP and marine plywood with vinyl covering. All appear in excellent condition. Head liners are vinyl covered, also in excellent condition. Exterior appointments are in very good condition. Teak trim is in nice condition. All upholstery in very serviceable and good condition. Interior carpets are serviceable and may require a little cleaning. Cockpit upholstery is vinyl over foam and all seating is in good condition. The galley is located in the port side forward salon area. There is a double stainless steel sink, and a Princess 3 burner stove top with oven. A Norcold, model DE 561, 110/12 DC volt refrigerator, and a Whirlpool microwave. The countertop is laminate. A Frigidaire garbage compactor is located next to the refrigerator. Directly across from the galley is a wet bar with stainless sink and a U-line ice maker. Equipped with an in-counter blender. The bridge deck has a wet bar and a Norcold DE 0051 SN# KJN0115 dual voltage refrigerator. Vessel is also equipped with a Bendix combination washer dryer. Vessel is equipped with two electric operated Jabsco toilets MSD type III. Both MSD units are piped into a polypropylene holding tank. Both heads are located on the starboard side amidships, both have stand-up shower accommodations. The hull has a clean bright appearance. Minor cosmetic scratches, scrapes and gel coat cracks consistent with the age of the vessel. The hull sides, hull bottom, transom and decks are structurally sound. The hull bottom will require touch up sanding and painting prior to next seasons launch. The hull sides, transom and decks gelcoat is in very good condition. The longitudinal and transverse stringer, support ribs and joints were found to be sound. The GE Protimeter was utilized to check for moisture intrusion. The top sides and decks are solid, no flexing felt or observed. No moisture was detected on the on the engine bed stringers. Percussion testing did not reveal any delamination. This vessel is believed to be sound. Percussion testing was also utilized to sound the hull bottom and transom, and deck.
