Joy is busy being phased out from a time share charter fleet.
She is on the hard having just been repainted, revarnished throughout, having had all her hatches replaced, a new engine and genset fitted and generally being prepared for a new life.

These Legendary vessels need no introduction.
Favored by charter companies and circumnavigators alike she represents good value for sailors looking for a structurally sound bullet proof platform on which to fulfill their maritime dreams.
This yacht is rather unique in that she represents the "S" series of the 482, a late in the series release with hull modifications offering increased sailing performance. These yachts have proven themselves as "work horses" of the luxury crewed yacht industry with a very livable cabin for the crew. Replacements for this caliber of yacht runs $750,000 plus range and should be seriously considered for worldwide cruising or commercial charter work. The only significant difference between the the 482-S and the Newer Privilege 51, that was introduced in 1995, was an extended transom of 3 feet. The 51's are selling for far more money. The port side forward bow compartment is dedicated to the generator. The gen set is well ventilated. The starboard side bow compartment is dedicated storage, it could also be a good spot for a dive compressor or tank storage.
Sleeps 10 owners and guests in 5 Staterooms with 5 heads and showers.
Galley is located in the port hull.
The Deck of the 482S boasts more than 1250 square feet of space. On the forward deck you will find 2 trampolines and on the tip of the two hulls you will find the best seats on the bow pulpits.
