Carver 280 Command Bridge. One of the cleanest Carver's I have seen.
You will love this tidy boat with its swim step and walk-thru transom.

This boat provides incredible comfort and space rarely seen on a 28 foot vessel.
Many upgrades only seen on bigger boats like electric head, propane stove, and electric windlass.
Self regulating battery charger and 110v outlet in the engine compartment.
Multiple maintenance upgrades including new automatic bilge pump, new alternator, rebuilt carburetor, new shift cable, complete outdrive servicing and new risers.
Full window/windshield canvas
Winter cockpit canvas (fly bridge to swim step)
Indoor/outdoor carpet on fly bridge & cockpit
Survey from July 2012 available.
Board vessel via molded swim step and enter the cockpit via starboard transom door. The swimstep is equipped with a stainless steel swim ladder and a Weaver snap davit system. Remove the two panels in the cockpit floor for access to the roomy engine space and bilge. The vessel is equipped with two newer house and a dedicated start battery and has a new self regulating battery charger and 110v outlet in the engine compartment . The engine compartment is also equipped with a halon fire-suppression system.
From the cockpit you have easy access to the bow, port or starboard, via comfortable side decks with ss grab rails. The bow is equipped with ss fender holders and a Seawolf electric windlass which has 200' of marked anchor chain connected to a 20# plow anchor for stability in most Puget Sound anchorage conditions.
The flybridge is accessed via a 3 step ladder on the starboard side of the cockpit. It provides a comfortable helm seat for the captain and seating for guests. The topside vinyl is in terrific shape as the vessel comes with a canvas flybridge cover for protection. The regulated propane tank for the stove is securely located in a portside hatch on the flybridge.
Enter the cabin from the cockpit via the glass sliding door with screen. The fully equipped galley is immediately port. It includes a ss sink, pressurized hot/cold water, a Norcold AC/DC refrigerator/freezer, a two burner propane stove, and lots of storage for dishes, groceries, etc. The head is port and features an electric head with shower and has a shower sump pump.
Moving forward in the cabin the convertible dinette is to port and settee seating is starboard. There is plenty of stowage for safety equipment, tools, etc under the cushions. The lower helm is starboard and provides better than average visibility for foul-weather running.
The master berth is forward, situated port side of the V. This provides for more stowage, hanging closet and a vanity seat on the starboard side.
