The Barbican 33 comes from the drawing board of the legendary Maurice Griffiths. The long keel incorporates a centreboard, giving her the versatility of a shallow draft for creek-crawling, and deep draft for upwind performance. Anister is presented in good condition and has had a lot of recent updates and upgrades following a lengthy period of lying ashore. She is now ready for the season with a fully serviced engine and ideal for sailing away long distance especially as she comes with Aries self steering

All diesel filters, taps and pipe-work to the fuel tank, the reserve tank, the engine and the Taylor heater have been checked and replaced where necessary in March 2015.

All electrical systems were overhauled in 2015 with instrument wiring rationalised and up rated where required.
Shore power was checked and tested with upgrading carried out where necessary.
All charging and mains power fusing and battery and charging indicators, solar regulator and bus bars were rationalised for easy access into the cupboard behind the access steps.
New batteries and a Sterling four stage mains charger were fitted in 2014

An additional starter battery was added in March 2016 giving her a three battery system
