Here is a rare opportunity to own one of the Pacific Northwest most esteemed vessels. Tollycraft yachts were first designed by Ed Monk, a world-famous Seattle designer, and later by his son, Ed Jr., an equally esteemed naval architect based in Washington.
The Tollycraft 57 Motor Yacht is a stretched and modified version of the earlier Tollycraft 53 MY (1988-94) with a much larger cockpit and increased fuel capacity. In many respects the two boats quite similar, but the extra cockpit space of the 57-as well as the increased cruising range-were notable improvements from the original. She was built on an efficient semi-displacement hull with a solid fiberglass bottom and mega-wide 17-foot, 3-inch beam. The standard three-stateroom floor plan of the Tollycraft 57 is arranged with the dinette and galley forward, on the pilothouse level. The spacious, full-beam salon with entertainment center has a single port side wing door for access to the fore deck. On the lower level, the amidships master and both guest staterooms are forward of the engine room. Accessed from the large cockpit, the engine room has crouching Headroom: only but outboard access is excellent. A cockpit transom door and swim platform were standard.
Tollycraft introduced this 57 model and over thirty of these quality yachts were built.
If you are looking for a cruising capable yacht, with a great layout, that is loaded with all the bells and whistles, look no further!
