4 Layers mahogany red/resorcinol glued and screw fastened to laminated acacia frames, the inside and outside layers are horizontally laid while the inner layers are 45° crossed over. S-steel floors, 4.5 tons lead-antimony ballast on s-steel bolts. Teak on ply decks, mahogany coach roof, hatches and cockpit coatings. Built to excellent quality, she has not been re-built or restored in any way and is in very good shape throughout receiving continuous and regular maintenance.

Miscellaneous blocks. All sails in Dacron by Hood Sails - fully battened main, staysail and trysail are from 1990 and genoa from 2005 on Hood furler. Perkins Prima M 50 Hp Diesel engine on Hurth V-drive with 3-blade J-Prop folding propeller. Engine has approx. 3700 hours, has always been professionally maintained. Engine drives custom installation aft for the alternator easily accessible under cockpit floor and from main saloon.
12V cc lighting and services with three batteries and one dedicated starting battery in three separate banks, circuit breaker panel, master switch, 220V ac battery charger and inverter by Zivan.
290 l fuel and 315 l water - Stainless steel tanks with level indicators.
1 x CQR 27 kg anchor on bow roller with 100m of 8 mm galvanized chain worked by 12V S&L gypsy windlass, plus 1 Hall and 1 Admiralty spare anchors.

The sailing yacht has custom layout and interiors to owners wishes in mahogany and white deck heads, teak and holly soles. Headroom is 1.83 to 2.0 m throughout

The separate forepeak cabin has hatch access, storage and 2 pipe cots with good headroom under hatch
From the cockpit, you walk down into a large open- plan saloon area with easy and comfortable 4 steps
Aft to port is a walk-in quarter berth
Forward of that is a big hanging locker for wet suits and further forward the full size chart table/nav station with seat
To starboard is the excellent working galley with gimballed stove/oven, one large sink and drop-out area in stainless steel by Alpes/Franke, one top-loading 220/12 V fridge

S/Y PAMADICA is a fast cruiser/racer from a first class boatyard, she is an exceptionally well built and beautifully designed forever classic modern yacht. First owners and kept to very good, seaworthy condition throughout. A visit and sailing trials will be essential for the interested buyer. She was partly used as a training ship with Sail Training International for young trainees/crewmembers from many different countries, especially for the Tall Ships Races 2007 from Alicante to Genova and for the Garibaldi Tall Ships regatta in 2010 from Genova to Trapani/Sicily – on a voluntary basis, never for business.
