"Oceanis 390 is a boat I feel really attached to. She's one of the most recent Oceanis I have designed bringing together all the new features which make her stand out from others of her type. She's a typical example of the new range of boats I've really enjoyed designing for Beneteau. Her success confirms that she has the kind of features yachtsmen are looking for."
"The design concept of Oceanis opens up new horizons for the yachtsman, allowing him to head for waters so far unexplored. What fantastic developments there have been in the last 20 years! At first boats were designed to stand up to the sea, then the emphasis shifted to performance - now there is Oceanis, the boat designed to live with the sea."
"This new philosophy has brought about many very real design innovations, ergonomic advances and improvements to deck hardware, the winged keel, a new approach to deck layout, the aft skirt, and boarding platform, etc"
"During my long co-operation with Beneteau, I have always been impressed by the thoroughness of their design department and indeed by the constant search for perfection of everyone in the firm." -Philippe Briand
