New to the market... this Viking Cockpit Motoryacht was built in the Gulfstar Shipyard which was acquired by Viking during the vessel's construction in 1988. It therefore has the benefit of the the wonderful Gulfstar woodworking details which went into the Gulfstar line of boats being produced at that time.
The Sellers have owned the boat for 11 years, and during that time have used it primarily as a floating home. Therefore, it has only 80 hours since the major overhaul was done on the main engines. ALEGRIA has always had professional care, and it shows quite nicely.
Offered at one-half of her purchase price, it is our belief that ALEGRIA is a real "value vessel" for the purchaser who would like to get the most for his buying dollars. The Sellers have finished their adventure and have recently moved ashore. With interest in having a quick sale, they are willing to consider realistic cash offers.
Please contact Central Agent Walt Strzalkowski for further information or an appointment to board vessel.
