Etap30 The Etap 30 is the well known unsinkable quality cabin yacht. Fast and sailing close to the wind. Very easy to sail single handed. Very complete, practical, seaworthy, safe and unsinkable. Room enough for a family. With new mast, boom, electricity, plotter and furling genoa. The boat was recently surveyed (February 1, 2017) and then a number of shortcomings have been identified. The three shortcomings listed below are the reason why the boat is priced this low. There is a number of places osmosis in the underwater hull, there is locally water between the inner shell and hull, and there is a leakage around the anterior keel suspension. These cases are sure to solve, but the current owner chooses not to do this herself.
