REDUCED Dec. 3rd! The vessel is a convertible/sport fishing type yacht with a flush deck forward, a well deck aft, a model bow, a transom stern, and a raised cabin with fly bridge atop. Deck fittings consist of an adequate amount of cleats, chocks, and other hardware at various locations.The perimeter of the foredeck is fitted with a stainless steel bow pulpit with fender racks, and a custom fiberglass anchor platform. The fly bridge of molded fiberglass has a spray shield forward and a custom aluminum frame supporting a vinylized canvas bimini with soft curtains and clear plastic windows providing for a 100% enclosure. The deck has molded and non-skid panels throughout.

The hull is a triple compartment design water-tight style, complete with tabbed bulkheads and stainless steel fasteners. The hull is of cored material and was manufactured utilizing a vacuum bagging process. The hull is ventilated by an open hatch in the foredeck, two opening port lights on both port and starboard sides of the hull, an aft access door to the cabin, and power blower ventilators in way of the machinery space. The hull is fitted with two scoop type ventilators on the port and starboard sides with the following:

The hull is bright original gelcoat that appears to have been maintained throughout the life of the vessel and still has a gloss that apparently is waxed on a regular basis.
The superstructure has its original gelcoat luster and appears to be maintained by waxing on a regular basis. The decks have molded and non-skid panels and appear to be in good condition. The hull is fitted with a stainless steel rub strake throughout the perimeter of the weather deck elevation.
The vessel is also fitted with a timber rub strake with stainless steel face, which extends from the stern to midship on both port and starboard sides. The hull is additionally protected by means of portable fenders at strategic locations throughout the vessel.
The transom is fitted with porl and starboard hydraulically operated trim tabs.
Access to the accommodations is via a hinged door in the aft bulkhead of the cabin.The cabin superstructure has a solid fiberglass reverse raked section forward and is fitted with fixed tinted windows on both port and starboard sides. The overhead is fitted with a vinyl headliner; the bulkheads are a combination of mahogany joiner work with Formica and mahogany cabinetry. The sole is carpeted except in way of the water closet which is clad with sheet vinyl. Located forward is an anchor locker and directly aft is the owner's cabin with a double berth, cabinetry, two lockers, a Samsung TVA/CR. Adjacent is a water closet with a Vaccu flush commode, custom countertop with sink and enclosed shower which has a molded seat and a bi-fold door. Directly aft is a centerline passageway to the main salon. Located in the passageway is a water closet access to port. To starboard is a guest cabin with two single bunks and cabinetry. Also located in the passageway is the custom Hatteras circuit breaker/electrical panel. Aft and raised above the machinery space is the main salon, which has a vinyl headliner, combination of mahogany joiner work and formica cabinetry, carpeted sole and custom window dressings. The main salon also contains an L-shaped vinyl cushioned settee, table, a G. E. refrigerator/ freezer, a Galley Maid-Empress range/oven and a Panasonic microwave oven. Along the port side of the main salon is the galley and countertop with cabinets, a sink and appliances built in. Additionally, in the main salon is a Toshiba television, an ApexAD-1500 DVD player, a RCA DSS video player, a Marantz SR250 stereo receiver, and speakers.
The flybridge is located atop the main cabin superstructure, is accessed via a vertical stainless steel ladder extending from the cockpit upward in way of the port side with steps and safety rails. The flybridge is fitted with a custom aluminum bimini frame with canvas bimini and full enclosure of vinylized canvas and clear plastic screens. Additionally located forward is a Plexiglass spray shield fitted across the forward end and along both port and starboard sides. Located aft is a custom design rod holders assembly. The flybridge and superstructure is additionally fitted with appropriate avigational lights, a speaker, and dual trumpet electric horn. The flybridge is also fitted with two vinyl cushioned pedestal seats, two vinyl cushioned settees, a mini awning transversely positioned at the lower edge shading the aft bulkhead of the main salon area. The flybridge is also fitted with an operator's console with internal storage area and an overhead electronics console.
The vessel contains the following navigation and electronic gear:
The vessel is wired with neoprene clad marine grade wiring. Fixtures are of the yacht type. Electrical system is 12-volU110-volt AC and DC with 120-voltl30-amp and 24A-volU50-amp shore power fittings. Switchboard is of the custom design Hatteras deadfront type and overload protection is obtained by means of circuit breakers and fuses. Four 8-D batteries are aboard to provide a 32-volt starting system for the main propulsion engines.
The vessel is fitted with an electrical bonding system, ground fault circuit, and polarization sensor.
Auxiliary electric power is provided by of an Onan 3-cylinder diesel engine powering an 8-KW generator set.
The vessel is fitted with a Century battery charger.
The vessel is twin screw. Propulsion machinery consists of two Detroit Diesel, 6-71TI, 6-cylinder diesel engines, each rated at 485-horsepower at 2,500 RPM and driving a 3" diameter stainless steel tailshift with 4-blade bronze propeller through a Capital, model HE11200, reverse/reduction gears with a 2:1 ratio and a manual clutch. The main propulsion engines are fitted with a Hatteras custom molded design muffler system, and the generator is fitted with a waterlift type muffler.
Both main engines and generator engine are fitted with Racor fuel oil filtration system.
Main propulsion engines are electric starting and raw water/heat exchanger cooled.
Engines have only accumulated 168 since having a major overhaul!

The cockpit/well deck has an area of 120 square feet and is fitted with the following:
A boarding door and boarding ladder
One fish fighting chair, fitted on single pedestal
A fish cleaning station with sink and tackle stowage
One bait freezer
One large portable ice chest
It is the opinion of the undersigned Marine Appraiser/Surveyor that the service of this vessel should be in the coastal waters of the US and Gulf of Mexico, including inland waters tributary thereto.
The vessel was purchased by the present owner during 1995. Since that time, the vessel has been well maintained. The hull and superstructure have a bright luster with very minimal chalking throughout.
Underwater gear appears in good condition and propellers appear recently reworked.
The canvas enclosure in way of the fly bridge has the starboard two window zippers partly adrift.
Exterior vinyl clad cushions are aged and have UV deterioration.
lnterior cabin headliner has rust/or water stains on the overhead.
Running lights are corroded and part missing (May be contributing to overhead water stains).
Air conditioner suction cooling hose deteriorated and requires renewal.
The interior is clean, orderly, weli appointed and is in good condition. Overall, this vessel is in excellent condition contingent with its age and service.
