MOVE QUICK ON THIS ONE, IT WON'T BE AROUND LONG!!!
"SEAESTA MANANA" is a great example of a proven Pacific North West trawler, to explore the San Juan's with, or be used as a versatile liveaboard with all the space you could ever need!
This vessel's interior is teak throughout, and quality of craftsmanship shows in her joinery. Entry through port and starboard pilothouse doors, leads into a spacious pilothouse, and then aft into the enormous salon that has enough space to seat 8 to 10 people. To stbd and aft of the uniquely curved staircase leading to the flybridge, is a flatscreen television for evening entertainment. The galley is set in the aft port corner of the salon area, allowing for friends and family to interact with the cooking crew while good home cooked food is being prepared. There is ample space on the galley counters to prepare a feast! The galley is equipped with a Norcold AC/DC fridge/freezer, an Emerson microwave, and a Princess 110VAC three burner cook top with oven.
To the portside, there is seating for 8 around the salon table. Aft of the salon table, is the stainless steel Dickensen Lofoten diesel furnace, which will keep the vessel warm on cooler nights. There are also two Cruisair reverse cycle heating/cooling units to maintain a temperate environment within the boat. At the aft end of the salon is the stairway that descends to the master stateroom, equipped with a queen sized island berth. The master stateroom is full width(beam), and is en suite with a fully equipped head, complete with shower/tub, a marine toilet, and marble basin. The washer/dryer combo unit (Splendide) is situated in the port aft hanging locker and there is plenty of good storage throughout the master stateroom. A small vanity is located in the stbd aft corner of the master. There is also a wall mounted heating unit in the master to keep it warm. The master has a two piece sliding door that gives it complete privacy from the rest of the vessel.
From the pilothouse, there are stairs to the forward staterooms. To the stbdside, there is a large VIP stateroom, with hanging locker, and plenty of other storage. The forward stateroom has twin single beds, a dresser/desk as well as hanging lockers and drawers for storage. Both of these staterooms are serviced by the fwd head to portside, with a shower/tub, a marine toilet, and marble basin. The stairs that provide access to these staterooms, lift to allow entry to a storage area under the pilothouse (as well as plumbing/wiring etc), and also engine space.
The vessel is powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD-40 A's (six cylinder), both in excellent running condition, with only 1355hrs on them. They are both are coupled to Volvo Penta marine gears. Total fuel capacity is 620 gallons. The genset is 7.5KW Onan diesel. There are dual Racor fuel filters for both main engines and single Racor for genset. The electrical components are controlled from two pilothouse panels, both 110VAC, and 12VDC.
The flybridge deck and foredeck, have had the teak removed, fiberglassed and a grey nonskid painted on, making for much easier maintenance and a clean look. There has been a custom aluminum radar arch, as well as custom aluminum wing deck supports added. Exterior canvas is in great condition. The sundeck just aft of the flybridge helm, has an additional freezer, and plenty of space for lounging in the sun, sipping a cool drink in an anchorage of your choosing.
Overall this is an excellent cruising vessel, and would be well suited to a couple interested in extended cruising, who expect to often have guests staying on board, as there is ample space for those guests. The hull is extremely seakind, and with the wonderful bow flare, it is not often you see spray hitting the windshield.
Don't miss out on this proven blue water cruiser!!!!!
