One of the most popular and spacious thirty foot cruisers ever -- space down below and in the cockpit makes it seem like you are on a boat that is several feet longer. The shoal draft enables her to get into very shallow bays, marinas, and entrances. well equipped and in very good condition. She is Catalina # 2748 and a very dry and clean boat that shows a lot of loving attention to detail. All exterior teak and interior wood has been beautifully restored and maintained under covers. The 2004 engine has low operating hours and has been regularly maintained. Many upgrades and refinements in past few years.
