HULL CONSTRUCTION AND CONDITION
Molded, steel reinforced, FRP hull with molded centerboard trunk and retract double ballasted FRP centerboard.
DECK ARRANGEMENT AND CONDITION
Molded FRP deck cap, cockpit and superstructure. Integral nonskid surface on all weather decks. Molded gunwales. Teak Rail. SS bow and stern rails with double lifelines on stainless steel stanchions. Safety hand rails. Self bailing cockpit with adequate freeing ports. Opening hatch forward on cabin trunk. Opening port lights.
INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT AND CONDITION
V berth forward with internal access to chain locker aft to enclosed head with manual MSD/Y valve system as per USCG. Main cabin with convertible seating, galley with conventional appliances as listed, port and starboard quarter berths and adequate access to engine and engine space. Adequate light, ventilation and access to interior spaces. Well-maintained.
MAST, SAILS AND RIGGING
Extruded aluminum masts and fore gaff boom. Masts through stepped to keel/centerboard well. Marconi rigged main. Gaff rigged fore mast. Aluminum club foot jib boom. 1X19 SS standing rigging with roller swage and Sta Lock terminal ends. Gaff schooner rigged. Insulated backstay. External stainless steel chain plates. Set of Lazy Jack’s. 1-baby stay. Single spreader on main mast.
Sails: 1-Main, 1-Foresail, 1-Roller furl Genoa, 1-Storm staysail, 1-Fisherman staysail. All sails with sun cover
Winches: 2-Andersen # 28 2spd/ST-primary
ENGINE: 1-2006 Yanmar, 3 cylinder, fresh water cooled, naturally aspirated, 30 HP, marine diesel with primary and secondary fuel filters and shock absorbing motor mounts. Kanzaki hydraulically actuated marine reduction gear to 1.5” stainless steel shaft to three blade bronze propeller.

BATTERIES: 2-New Group 27/12VDC batteries secured in acid resistant boxes with approved cables, routing and connections.
WIRING: Thermoplastic covered boat cable gauged, routed, secured and connected generally as per NFPA 302 and ABYC Standards in effect at the time of construction. Commercial 12VDC service/breaker panels. Single leg, 30 amp shore service fitted with marine cord, connections and GFCI receptacles as required.
