A retro-styled motor sailer based on the no 1 Colvic Springtide 25 hull. She was fitted out to a good standard by her present owner/builder from 1974 to 1979 and was used for family sailing. She has been in under cover storage for the last five years, due to the purchase of a motor boat. A Perkins M20 diesel engine was fitted in 1991, which has only had around 200 hrs use.
The accommodation offers up to four berths in two cabins. Forward cabin with two vee berths converting to a double berth, with stowage below. Heads compartment to port, with SL400 sea toilet. Pull out washbasin. Stowage. Hanging locker opposite to starboard (stripped out). Saloon berths port and starboard, with stowage under and outboard. Two burner cooker with oven and grill aft to starboard. Sink/drainer aft to port, with stowage above and below. Steps up to open-backed wheelhouse. Cockpit seating with stowage under.
Located under the wheelhouse floor. Perkins M20 diesel engine (1991) approx 200 hours. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Electric start. Single lever engine control. Shaft drive to fixed three bladed propeller. Cruising speed 5 knots. maximum speed 6 knots.
Alternator charging to 1 x 12 volt battery.
