Built in 1903 as a sailing fishing boat in Denmark, she left Europe and sailed to Canada in the early 1980's after which she had a major rebuild including a large percentage of planking and frames. She has worked since then as a charter boat and in commercial salmon fishing for a while, however she is now fitted with a comfortable interior ideal for cruising or gentle charter. 12 berths including 2 double cabins.. Built as a sailing fishing vessel in Denmark in 1903, she was sold to the present owner in 1978 and sailed to the west coast of Canada via the Panama Canal. A major rebuild was carried out at that time which was completed in 1984 after which she worked as dive charter vessel around Vancouver Island. During the refit she had all new spars, a lot of new planking, 30% new frames above the water line and the wheelhouse added.
Latterly she moved to Jamaica to work as a charter vessel before returning to Canada, having the interior removed and fish hold installed and putting to see as a commercial Salmon fishing boat. This activity ceased in 2003 and the present interior was fitted to make her a comfortable private or charter yacht.
This is a very pretty boat and a manageable size capable of continuing her life in commercial charter or providing someone with a very safe and comfortable private cruising yacht.
Planked in Oak and pine fastened galvanised boat nails to large 5"x7" sawn oak frames in pairs. Typical enormous Danish construction
